Sales Contract with Confidentiality Agreement

You are welcome to use a pseudonym if preferred.

This contract, By and between: The Designer Furniture Company, hereafter referred to as TDFC. And the above named client, hereafter referred to as The Client
The Seller is the purchaser of the clients furniture.
The customer is the purchaser of the furniture form TDFC.

Furniture/items is the term used to describe the clients property. This can be in reference but is not limited to – sofas, chairs, rugs, tables, lamps, etc.
Any and all sales are subject to the Terms & Conditions detailed.

This contract is valid from the above date until the furniture is sold or returned to the client
We offer free collection on all of our selling service items, however, this can take up to 28 days. If you opt for premium collection and have multiple items, we will determine whether you will require a half or full van and or a lorry.

Confidentiality TDFC agrees to handle all information provided by The Client with strict confidentiality. This includes, but is not limited to, the identity of The Client, location of the property, details of the items submitted, and any related correspondence. TDFC will not disclose any such information to third parties without the written consent of The Client, unless required by law. The Client is welcome to use a pseudonym during communications. A formal Non-Disclosure Agreement can be provided upon request.
