Do you have a shop?
We have a showroom in Beckley, Rye, East Sussex. We are available Mon-Fri between 10am-2pm, but please contact us prior as we are not open to the public and to avoid disappointment.
I am looking for a specific piece, can you source this?
Absolutely, we can source any item. Please contact us with your requirements.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is Free in the UK. Please contact us for a quote for international shipments.
Can you ship abroad?
Yes, we can ship anywhere in the world, please contact us for a quote.
How long does delivery take?
We endevour to deliver within 5 working days, but please allow up to 10 working days. Our delivery team will be in contact with a day and time slot in advance.
Can my order be delivered upstairs?
Our specialist delivery team can deliver to any room, please add a note to your order.
Can I secure my item(s) with a deposit?
Yes, please contact us and we can send an invoice for the deposit which will secure the item.
Can I collect my order or arrange my own couriers?
Of course, we are not open to the public so would need to know a day and time in advance. We would highly recommened using couriers with correct insurance and protection.
Will my item be protected in transport?
Yes, we take excellent care of all products, they will be wrapped with plenty of protection to ensure they arrive exactly as they left our showroom.
Where are you based?
We are in East Sussex, we have a large showroom in Beckley, Rye and a warehouse in Bexhill-on-Sea.
Do you accept returns?
Yes, we offer a 14 day returns policy for all online orders. For more information, please see the returns page.
Are your items new? Or second hand?
Our items are ‘NewUsed’, please refer to our video condition videos for a detailed overview of the conditions. Almost all of our stock is in excellent showhome condition.
What does 'a fraction of the cost' mean?
All of our products are listed with a minimum saving of 50% off the original retail/sale price. The average discount with The Designer Furniture Co. is 70% and this also includes Free UK Delivery.
How do I redeem a discount code?
Before the checkout, in the main shopping basket there will be a box named ‘enter a discount code here’. Enter your code here.
I'm really interested, but I can't afford it, can you help?
Of course, we want to give everyone a chance to own luxury. Please do get in touch with your maximum offer and we will see what we can do.
Can you store purchased items?
Yes, we offer up to 90 days free storage for all orders. After 90 days we charge £50 per month, per item.
I want one of your products, but not yet, can you hold it?
Yes, if you pay a deposit or in full, we can hold the item for up to 30 days free of charge. After 30 days, we charge £25 per week, per item.
